The Club is open to current, former or retired staff members of the European Commission. We also welcome colleagues from other EU institutions, bodies, offices and agencies based in Brussels. 

In addition, we can accomodate a limited number of members from organisations that are affiliated with the work of the EU organisations, such as colleagues from Permanent Representations, Diplomatic Missions or Non-Governmental Organisations.

We have around 30 members of various nationalities who train up to three times a week. Class numbers vary but we are usually around 15. 

Registration Process

Dojo Login will let you keep track of your attendance at the ECK Dojo, and also any of the Blancke Academy Dojos. It will record the classes you attend, help you track your progress, allow email and text messages, and make it easier you (and us) to manage your membership payments.

Please follow the steps in sequence:

Step 1: Use the link below to register yourself based on your PRIMARY Dojo (ie where you train most): 

CLICK LINK  EUROPEAN COMMISSION students.  

Then use the drop down menu to choose your usual class:

- Advanced Karate (this also includes Beginners); EUROPEAN COMMISSION students please select this.

Please note: we will load all of the classes of your Dojo to your account so that they are available for you to register on the days and times when you next attend.

Fill in your personal details and SUBMIT.

(If you have more than one family member, please repeat the process for each person.)

Step 2: You will receive an email with instructions on how to download Dojo Login (either Apple or Android) - and also your Unique ID and a One Time Password to use in the next step. Perhaps check your Junk folder if you don't receive it.

Important: Go to the DojoLogin  "My Data" tab in the menu. PLEASE enter all your personal details  - DOB, address, mobile, email, emergency contact, including a photo! This is essential for our insurance and contact records, thank you.

Step 3: Next time you come to class, simply open the App and scan in with the QR code. We will use either a phone or tablet scanner; or we may have a "kiosk mode" where you type in your name.

Note: Sometimes new apps take a little bit of getting used to and overcoming any small issues, thank you in advance for your patience!
